Loxley House is a mid Victorian Townhouse built in 1868 in the center of the historic village of Qormi.
It was built on an older foundation which date to the time of the order of the knights of St. John. Circa 1770’s. The townhouse was recently refurbished preserving its unique facade and historic architectural features. The wooden Maltese balcony, wrought iron work, wooden beams and stone slab floor. The spiral stone staircase is typical of Anglo/Maltese architecture of the period. It also has an access point to a WWII shelter 30 feet underground which has been blocked off for safety reasons. This house is a four storey house with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, living, dining and laundry area.
